Corrections policy
What we do when we get something wrong.
Tell us
Email hello@trainforsomething.com with the article and what is wrong.
What happens next
- We check the claim against the source.
- If it is wrong, we correct it in place.
- A material correction gets a dated note at the foot of the article.
- Typos, broken links and clearer wording are fixed without a note.
Health claims
We treat anything that could affect how someone trains or looks after themselves as a priority correction. If we have overstated a benefit or blurred the line between training guidance and medical advice, tell us and we will fix it quickly.
Updates versus corrections
A revised article shows an updated date. A corrected article shows a correction note. We do not use the first to hide the second.
